Don Cambareri is an accomplished leader with a strong background in strategic planning. He boasts a remarkable career in accounting and financial management. Graduating in 1977 from Pace University with a BA and later, in 1982, with an MBA in Finance from St. John’s University, he spent 25 years in the Financial Markets –specializing in Foreign Exchange (FX). Don started as a Trainee, but his talent and hard work led him to become a Senior VP with notable firms such as ICAP and TullettPrebon. His clients included the trade desks of major financial institutions like Goldman Sachs, JPMorgan Chase, and Morgan Stanley.
During his professional journey, Don demonstrated exceptional leadership skills by effectively managing teams ranging from 3 to 50 individuals. He also played a critical role in building and reorganizing various areas within the companies he worked for. His strategic vision contributed to and shaped business institutions through active participation in mergers.
Don’s dedication to serving the community extended beyond his professional achievements. He served as a civil volunteer, holding the position of Vice President of the Community Emergency Response Team (CERT) in New Jersey from 2007 to 2017.
Allan Patten is an accomplished CSO with a fortified history as treasurer and an enviable record of progressing major international financial institutions over the last 50 years.
Allan has a strong reputation for diligence and professionalism in both his management and trading career. Graduating in 1978 with an honors degree in Economics at Russell University- he has spent over 5 decades in financial markets working for tier one international Banks including Chase, Barclays and Mizuho. He has experienced many financial crises including 1987 Wall Street crash, 1992 ERM crisis, 1997 Far East currency issue, 9/11, 2003 Japanese BOJ currency intervention and 2007/8 credit crunch, and despite these tumultuous times has been able to employ progress and prosperity within his access to the banking sector.
Allan started his career spending two decades at JP Morgan Chase and Barclays banks in London as the Senior Director and then Vice President of FX Forwards, reporting directly to the CEOs, the Global Head of FX, and the European Treasury Manager. He spent the next three decades building the Treasury Departments of Mihuzo Corporate Bank and Access Bank UK Ltd.
His trading record has been exceptional across global markets specializing in USD based currencies. His management skills has seen numerous subordinates progress to high profile positions and serves as testimony to his mentoring abilities, hence he is a fantastic addition to the executive level of our firm.

Saibaba Tata has served as a founding CFO whilst building his firms into multinational conglomerates for the last 50 years.
Saibaba graduated from The University of Andhara with a Bachelor of Commerce and SP University with a Bachelor of Law. He also received his CPA license from the Institute of Cost Accountants in India and the IMA in the US in the 70’s and 80’s. During this time, he was also the Finance Manager for Madura Coats Ltd, UK/ India, and Sun Pharmaceuticals, India.
Saibaba was a founding team member and the Global Head of Finance of GEMS Education and Healthcare, advising its inception in 1959. He also headed AKES, K and coordinated Aga Khan Education activities, a subsidiary of GEMS which is the largest non-profit education provider with around 350 Schools worldwide mainly in developing countries in Asia and Africa. He then progressed to becoming the CEO in the 1990’s. Over this time, he ran what is today the world’s largest private K-12 education provider with a $5 billion valuation.
Today, Saibaba brings his vast experience to our firm whilst engaging in our partner projects with the Saudi Government’s NEOM City project as well as the New York City Board of Education’s Whittle School and Studios project.
H. E. Hon Lord Paul Johnson served as an Operational Intelligence Officer for UK government for 25 years, with missions that included high-level international government liaison with companies and international governments on contracts across Africa and the EU.
H. E. Hon Lord Paul Johnson worked with National Investigation Service including defence and security contractor business organisations and individuals who provide products or services to a military or intelligence department of a government. Products typically include military or civilian aircraft, ships, vehicles, weaponry, and electronic systems. Services can include logistics, technical support and training, communications support, and in some cases team-based engineering in cooperation with the government. H. E. Hon Lord Paul Johnson retired from the Service in 2007, enjoying a short period of semi-retirement.
Developing experience from his UK government service, H. E. Hon Lord Paul Johnson specialises in identifying key programs in development and inward investment for outside governments and incorporated JJ Tactical LLP, a UK Company, in 2013. JJ Tactical was incorporated to provision Defence, Security and Intelligence services, training and equipment directly to governments around the world, particularly in Africa and Asia. Development of the business was supported by H. E. Hon Lord Paul Johnson’s UK government service experience and strong personal relationships with heads of governments. As a result, the Company quickly expanded into a multi-million US Dollar group of companies located internationally, with a low overheads / high yield business approach and is particularly strong in the delivery of Police and Military training and equipment programs prior to deployment on United Nations Peace-Keeping Operations.
With the highest levels of trust and integrity, during the course of the delivery of Defence, Security and Intelligence products directly to international governments, the Company has been entrusted with the facilitation of the sale / allocation of various Countries’ natural resources, including Crude Oil. In 2020 H. E. Hon Lord Paul Johnson acquired 20% shares stake in a US Oil and Gas Company; Veterans International Petroleum Services LLC. The Company holds land leases with exclusive rights to extract Oil, Gas and other Minerals from around (One) million acres of natural resource rich land in the North West USA. The land has been subject to USGS surveys and has 700 prematurely capped Oil Wells with a quoted life of about 85 years per well and hundreds of millions of cubic metres of natural Gas. With H. E. Hon Lord Paul Johnson, the Company plans to ethically and, in an environmentally sympathetic manner, exploit the resources and grow the company into a significant Oil and Gas concern.

Marc Keveles has a 30+year track record for launching, building, and scaling technology platforms that align solutions with business growth trajectories.
Marc graduated with a BSc in Psychology from the State University of New York in 1995. He started on the road to success with success as a Project Manager of Lava Trading Group (acquired by Citibank) from 2003 to 2006. His total daily trading activity averaged more than $2.5 billion & 35% of Lava’s equity trading volume; Lava’s daily trade volume represented >15% of NASDAQ’s volume. He directed and drove the implementation of firm’s flagship equity trading platform for over 120 customers for the major bulge bracket banks & numerous hedge funds. His customers included Lehman Brothers and Deutsche Bank.
Upon the firm’s acquisition by Citibank, he went on to serve as President of Keveles Enterprises and Senior Vice President of Porthaven Capital in 2017. He provided strategic business and technology consulting for clients like The ECO Capacity Exchange, London, iFunding, ASM Capital, Crossroads, and The Hunters Group. Clients also included the famous New York Plaza Hotel, which sold for US$570 million and total asset value was US$2 billion.

In arguably the most controversial investigative report in the entire history of the United States Justice Department, former Department of Justice attorney Ralph Hornblower III lead an investigation which analyzed the FBI’s role in supporting the misconduct of informants’ actions, protecting hate-groups, and inciting violence upon civilians during the 1960s civil rights movement, which sparked a national debate over the ethics of using informants and underscored the complexities and moral compromises of law enforcement during the civil rights movement. The harrowing events surrounding this polemic investigation conducted under Attorney General Griffin Bell encouraged Ray to complete a conclusive and successful analysis and, after decades of suffering from injustices, provide victims their rights to closure and justice.
Ralph Hornblower III received his undergraduate degree from Harvard (where he was at the time the third all time running back on an undefeated varsity football team) and a law degree from the University of Virginia.
Ray then embarked on a challenging and provocative career in the Civil Rights Division of the US Justice Department, where he litigated cases in Nebraska and Pennsylvania, extending the constitutional rights after Watergate as well as of the mentally handicapped and developmentally disabled children in state mental institutions.
His most notable accomplishment in the pursuit of justice includes conducting the first formal Department review of the government’s investigation of the bombing of the 16th Street Baptist Church in Birmingham, Alabama which claimed the lives of three schoolgirls in 1963. An extremely contentious retrospective U.S. Department of Justice (DOJ) investigation, headed by Ralph Hornblower III, in 1980 revealed that the FBI had covered up violent crimes committed by top-level FBI informants planted into hate groups during the 1960s civil rights era. The inquiry was prompted by renewed investigations and news reports in the late 1970s that implicated informants in some of the most violent acts in investigative history, including the 1965 murder of civil rights activist Viola Liuzzo. The Hornblower’s DOJ report, prompted by demands from Congress, found a plethora of mis-actions, including FBI complicity with informants, encouragement and authorization of criminal actions by informants, involvement of violence on civilians, direct involvement in the Liuzzo murder, protection of informants, church bombing allegations, and the gross obstruction and therefore unsuccessful lawsuit by victims.
Ray then fully returned to his life-long love of singing and Italian bel canto, which originally began at a grade school in Connecticut. In 1980, Ray initiated his formal career as an opera singer with the Washington, Baltimore, and New York City operas. In 1988 Mr. Hornblower moved to Paris, France and sang principal roles in Belgium, Germany, Switzerland, England (Buxton Festival – 1990), Spain (twelve cities), and throughout France (eighty cities and towns, notably, the Chaise Dieu Festival in 1989 and at Grenoble, Biarritz, Versailles, and Aix-en-Provence in 1990 and 1991).
Winning critical acclaim for his Mozart and Rossini performances, Ray has also interpreted the following major roles with orchestras and opera companies in Europe and the US: Almaviva (Il Barbiere di Siviglia), Bastien, Fernando, Don Ottavio, Ernesto (Don Pasquale–Donizetti), Edgardo (Lucia di Lammermoor– Donizetti), Elisero (Moisé– Rossini), Ruggero (La Rondiné– Puccini), Argirio (Tancredi– Rossini), Tamino, and Ottocar (Zigeunerbaron– Johann Strauss). In recent years, Mr. Hornblower has performed in concert the roles of Pinkerton, the Duke of Mantua, Alfredo, and Rodolfo, and performed regularly with Opera Pacific (Orange County, CA) and Opera Santa Barbara. Mr. Hornblower has also sung tenor solos in some of Europe’s major cathedrals and concert halls, with such orchestras as Orchestre Symphonia Sacree, Orchestre Municipal de Tours, Ensemble Harmonia Nova, Orchestre de Chambre Jean-Louis Petit, and Ensemble Instrumental Alexandre Stajic. Over the span of 45 years, Ray has performed 34 major concert hall classical performances, as well as countless oratorio literature cathedral performances internationally.

In 2001, Ray founded Hornblower & Company, a venture capital firm, whose origins dates to his great-grandfather’s investment firm founded in 1881 (formerly known as Hornblower & Weeks), specializing in healthcare and advanced/clean energy technology.
Today, Ray continues to record and perform concerts in the New York area and is the regular cantor at St. John the Evangelist in New York City. His album of arias by Donizetti, Mozart, Puccini, and Verdi was completed in September of 2006, the most recent recorded album by the vocal artist.

Igor graduated in 2000 from the Law University of Croatia. He originally comes from a food commodities trading family and rapidly expanded his family business from having a majority market share within Yugoslavia to throughout Europe and South/ West African regions. Igor then served as the account manager, Balkans, for Willson&Brown, expanding its market share from a modest 12% to over 70% and positioned them as supplier of choice for major industries and companies in the region.
In 2010 for the next decade, Igor received an invitation to join INSCX, the first nano materials and nano technology exchange under the mentorship of one of its founding partners, Charles McGowern. He also held an authorized mandate position with Gryphon Capital Development Corporation from Canada for procurement of petroleum products. Igor since lectures in front of the Scientific Council for Oil and Gas of the Croatian Academy of Science and Art on the subject of New Emulsion Technologies, a panel organized by the Academy’s President and held in front of most prominent Croatian chemists and engineers from the academic and commercial sector.
